Step 1: How many wholesale quantities can I purchase?

Each product has a minimum purchase quantity, from which you can request a quote from our staff (below this minimum quantity, you can purchase the packages directly on our website):

🕯️ Candle waxes: 1 box of 20-25kg (the weight per box may vary depending on the wax requested. For more information, contact us at info@monterosawicks.store)

🕯️ Candle fragrances and essential oils: All fragrances are available wholesale in 1kg bottles (minimum purchase per fragrance); 2kg; 5kg and 10kg. The weight of multiple fragrances cannot be combined to reach 1kg of product.

🕯️Candle Colors: Wholesale orders start at 1kg of color. A custom color is also available for this quantity!

🕯️Stoppini per candele incerati con base metallica: The minimum order is 500 pieces for each type and size. For this quantity, you can also request the wick be cut to a custom length!

🕯️Unwaxed Candle Wicks: The minimum order is one flange of approximately 1kg of wick or 20 spools of 30m or 50m.

🕯️Wooden Wicks: The minimum order for each type and size of wick is 100 pieces. For a minimum order of 2,000 pieces, you can also request special types not available on our e-commerce site!

🕯️ Wick clips: The minimum order for type 3 is a box of 50,000 clips, for type 37 it is a box of approximately 2,450 pieces, for type 55 it is a box of approximately 2,500 pieces.

🕯️Tea light containers: The minimum order for the 39x18.6 silver/colored type is a box of 12,000 pieces; for the 59x23.5 type it is a box of 4,000 pieces.

🕯️Wick stickers: The minimum order is 25 rolls of 200 pieces each.

🕯️Diffuser Blend: The minimum order is 50L.

🕯️Diffuser Sticks (Rattan and Black): The minimum order is 50 10-piece bundles for rattan sticks and 50 8-piece bundles for black fiber sticks.

🕯️Diffuser Bottles: The minimum order is 50 pieces.

Step 2: What are the lead times for a wholesale order?

Depending on the product and its availability in stock, shipping times may vary. We generally recommend allowing at least 1-2 weeks for order processing, which may be longer for custom products (such as waxed wicks cut to specific lengths or custom colors). 🤔

Step 3: How can I request a quote?

Once you've selected the products you want to purchase, checked that the quantities meet the minimum order quantities, and ensured you're within the required processing times, you can now request a quote for the products you want! To proceed, send an email to info@monterosawicks.store, including the following in the message:

-          The products you'd like to know the price for

-          The quantity you'd like to purchase for each product

Our staff will then send you the requested quote as soon as possible! 😍

N.B: For customized orders, packaging and shipping costs are always due, regardless of the order amount. However, the lower-priced products will still allow you to save a significant amount compared to purchasing the same quantity through the e-commerce site.

Step 4: Order confirmation and purchase.

Once you receive the quote, if you decide to proceed with the purchase, you will need to confirm (by replying to the email received) your wish to purchase the requested products.

Our staff will then check the stock availability and, if everything is immediately available, they will send you a link to proceed with the purchase of your customized order.

Alternatively, if some products are not currently in stock, they will inform you of their delivery time.

The link will take you to the product page for your customized order. To proceed with your order, you will need to add it to your cart and then continue with the normal checkout process. Once payment is complete, the website will send you a confirmation and... your customized order will now be prepared for shipping! 😍 

Additional note: Invoice or no invoice?

If you're a VAT registered customer and would like to receive an invoice, no problem! Enter all your company information in the appropriate fields during the purchase process, and our staff will prepare it for you. 😉
