These general terms and conditions of sale govern the offer and sale of Monterosa Zelandi Srl products through the e-commerce website: www.monterosawicks.store and all related domains, to users qualifying as Consumers.

Purchases of the Products made through the Website are concluded between Monterosa Zelandi Srl, as the seller, and the individual who purchases one or more Products, as the buyer.

Any communication from the Consumer relating to and/or connected with the purchase of the Products — including, but not limited to, reports, complaints, requests regarding the purchase and/or delivery of the Products, the exercise of the right of withdrawal, etc. — must be sent to the Seller at the e-mail address: info@monterosawicks.com or via fax at the number +39 0321 540 919.

Each purchase is governed by the general terms and conditions of sale in the version published on the Website at the time the order is placed by the Consumer.

ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The contract (as defined: distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, no. 206, "Consumer Code") concluded between Monterosa Zelandi Srl and the Customer shall be deemed finalized with the acceptance, by Monterosa Zelandi Srl, of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer via the Internet, on the website www.monterosawicks.store

By placing an order, the Customer declares:

1. 1) to be a consumer pursuant to art. 3 of the Consumer Code
2. 2) to be of legal age
3. 3) that the data provided for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful
4. 4) to have read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions and payment terms indicated therein. For this purpose, in compliance with distance selling regulations, the Customer is required to save an electronic copy or print this contract.

The Customer undertakes to verify the accuracy of all data entered in accordance with the procedures described in this document and to promptly communicate any corrections.

DISCLAIMER

The partial or total non-acceptance of an order by Monterosa Zelandi Srl will be promptly communicated to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer, and the Customer shall have no right to claim damages or compensation, nor any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property.

PURCHASING METHODS

The Customer is guaranteed solely and exclusively with respect to the purchase of products included in the electronic catalog of Monterosa Zelandi Srl at the time the order is placed and viewable online at the address (URL): http://www.monterosawicks.store

It should also be noted that the images associated with the descriptive sheet of a product may, in some cases, not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and may differ in certain details. All information relating to the purchase (terms, descriptions, buying guide, etc.) is to be considered as general informational material.

PRICES

The prices of each item are always inclusive of VAT. Should changes occur in VAT rates or other indirect taxes, the corresponding increases or decreases will be applied to the prices. Shipping costs, where applicable, as a flat-rate contribution, are also subject to standard VAT. The prices indicated in the product catalog are those that the Customer must effectively pay, with only the addition of the shipping costs indicated directly in the order form.

NON-ACCEPTANCE

In the event of non-acceptance of the order, for any reason, Monterosa Zelandi Srl guarantees prompt communication to the Customer using appropriate means.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The Website indicates the availability of Products and their delivery times; however, such information must be considered purely indicative and not binding on the Seller.

In any case, Monterosa Zelandi Srl offers the Customer the possibility to reserve certain products, for which Monterosa Zelandi Srl reserves the right to inform the Customer of delivery times (which may be longer than ordinary delivery times) and availability, by sending an email or contacting the Customer by telephone.

Once the purchase order has been completed, the Customer will receive an initial email in which Monterosa Zelandi Srl merely confirms receipt of the order, indicating the relevant order number. In the following days, Monterosa Zelandi Srl will send another email to the Customer to confirm acceptance of the order.

Upon receipt of the confirmation email, the Customer may verify the accuracy of the data and purchased products and, if necessary, report or request information at info@monterosawicks.com or via fax at +39 0321 540 919.

The Customer may check the status of the order in the Customer Area.

INVOICE

If required by the Customer, for each order placed on the website, Monterosa Zelandi Srl issues an invoice for the shipped goods, sending it directly to the PEC or SDI address provided during registration. For the details reported at the time of invoice issuance, the information provided by the Customer when placing the order shall be deemed valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
