When a fragrance or product is not available for purchase on the website, we recommend checking the catalog again in the afternoon, which is the usual restock time for products.
Secondly, we recommend activating the automatic restock notifications (via the link “Notify me when available,” present on each product page), so that our system can automatically send you an email when the product becomes available again.
Once the automatic confirmation of receipt of the order has been generated, approximately 24 hours of processing time will be required. After receiving the email with the tracking code, delivery times will depend on the area of Italy where the courier must deliver: 1-2 business days for Northern Italy, 2-3 business days for Central Italy and 3-4 business days for Southern Italy and the Islands.
Note: Unfortunately, some deliveries may not meet these timeframes due to delays attributable to the management of deliveries by local couriers. Of course! The important thing is to keep the packaging completely sealed (for fragrances, both the box and the safety cap must remain intact). Returns cannot be accepted for opened or partially used products.

The Sample Kit is a selection of fragrances available in bottles of 10 or 20 grams, depending on the customer’s choice. 10 g bottles: €2.24 + VAT; 20 g bottles with dropper cap: €3.26 + VAT. By purchasing a Sample Kit, you can test our fragrances or simply evaluate their intensity before placing a larger order, thus saving on your purchase.
