Monterosa Zelandi Srl accepts orders for delivery in the Italian territory, the European Community and non-European countries.
Monterosa Zelandi Srl accepts customer orders within the limits of the quantities of existing products requested. Therefore, the delivery of the products indicated in the purchase proposal sent by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products themselves. Monterosa Zelandi Srl undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen depletion of stocks due to excess demand or other causes. In this case, the times of arrival of the requested product will be indicated or the customer can opt for other products in the catalog or will request the refund of the amount.
Monterosa Zelandi Srl delivers the products by express courier to the address indicated by the customer with times ranging from 1 to 3 working days throughout the Italian territory from the time of order fulfillment. No responsibility can be attributed to Monterosa Zelandi Srl in case of delay in the order fulfillment or in the delivery of the order in case of lack or non-fulfillment by the delivery courier.
No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
The delivery of the goods is meant "at street level". The Customer is required to check, upon receipt, if the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the transport document, if the packaging is intact, and if the product delivered to him complies with the order placed; any evidence of damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested, putting a written control reserve specifying the reason for the reservation, eg. "laundry package", "crushed packaging", etc.) on the Courier's proof of delivery. If this does not happen, once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what was delivered. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 2 days of the occurrence

Shipping via express courier We ship throughout the country with GLS or SDA express courier, while for abroad we rely on TNT or Poste Italiane couriers, depending on the location. Delivery is made by express courier. There is no delivery to the home or office floor. Delivery takes place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00, on weekdays (not Saturdays and Sundays) and without notice, but if the buyer's mobile number is provided, the courier generally arranges for contacts to be made. Deliveries usually take place in the morning. In case of absence, a notice is left, and the goods will be collected at the courier's depot in the following 7 days. Contact our logistics department to report problems and we will do everything possible to solve them.

GOODS REJECTED OR REFUSED UPON DELIVERY
In the event that the goods are rejected or refused, the shipping costs and any taxes, customs duties of both shipments (original and return) will be charged to the recipient. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the goods. NO WITHDRAWAL In case of non-collection within 7 days of the material present in storage at the Courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be returned to the Monterosa Zelandi Srl warehouses.
