Monterosa Zelandi Srl accepts orders with delivery within the Italian territory, the European Community, and non-European countries.

Monterosa Zelandi Srl accepts Customer orders within the limits of the available quantities of the requested products. Therefore, delivery of the products indicated in the purchase proposal submitted by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products themselves. Monterosa Zelandi Srl undertakes to promptly inform the Customer of any unforeseen stock shortages due to excessive demand or other causes. In such cases, the expected delivery times of the requested product will be communicated, or the Customer may opt for other products in the catalog or request a refund of the amount paid.

Monterosa Zelandi Srl delivers the products through express courier to the address indicated by the Customer, with delivery times varying from 1 to 3 working days throughout the Italian territory from the moment the order is processed. Monterosa Zelandi Srl cannot be held liable for any delays in order processing or in delivery due to shortcomings or non-fulfillment by the courier.

No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.

Delivery of goods is intended as “street level delivery.” Upon receipt, the Customer must verify whether the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document, whether the packaging is intact, and whether the product delivered matches the order placed. Any damages to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested by placing a written reservation specifying the reason (e.g., "damaged packaging," "crushed packaging," etc.) on the courier’s delivery note. If this does not occur, once the courier’s document is signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods. Any issues concerning the physical integrity, conformity, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 2 days of delivery, in accordance with the procedures set forth in this document.

SHIPPING METHODS

Express Courier Shipping

We ship within the national territory using GLS or SDA express couriers, while for international shipments we rely on TNT or Poste Italiane, depending on the destination.

Delivery is carried out by express courier. Delivery to the floor of the residence or office is not provided. Deliveries take place during the following hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., on weekdays (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) and without prior notice. However, if the purchaser provides a mobile phone number, the courier will generally arrange to get in touch.

Deliveries usually take place in the morning. In case of absence, a notice will be left, and the goods must be collected at the courier’s depot within 7 days.

Please contact our logistics office to report any problems, and we will do our best to resolve them.

COSTS

The system will automatically calculate shipping costs. For orders exceeding €70, shipping will be free of charge.

REFUSED OR REJECTED GOODS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

In the event that the goods are refused or rejected, the shipping costs and any applicable taxes or customs duties for both shipments (original delivery and return) will be charged to the recipient. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the goods.

NON-COLLECTION

If the goods are not collected within 7 days of being stored at the courier’s warehouse due to repeated failed delivery attempts to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the ordered goods will be returned to the Monterosa Zelandi Srl warehouses.
